How to Port Forward in Mikrotik Router?

Let’s say you have a DVR that has a static IP of 192.168.1.200, and you need to forward port 3999.

1. In Winbox, Go to IP > Firewall > NAT



2. Click the "+" to add a new NAT rule.
3. Modify the "Chain" to "dstnat", "Protocol" to "tcp", and "Dst. Port" to "3999".
4. Set the “In. Interface” to your WAN port.



5. Click the "Action" tab, change the "Action" value to "dst-nat", the "To Addresses" to "192.168.1.200" and "To Ports" to "3999".

How to Increase Partition (Drive C)

This is how to increase the partition of the system drive (drive C:) without reformatting the system:

• Download Easeus Partition Software. This application is free and we can easily download it here.
• Install and run the application.
• In order to have available space, we need to reduce the other partition like the drive D by clicking it and click resize/move.

• You'll notice a small box of grey at the end of the drive, labelled Unallocated.
• To add that space to the C: drive, move the Unallocated space between the C: drive and D: drive. To do this, simply click and drag the D: drive to the right, and the Unallocated space will be put in its place (between the C: and D:).
• You can now increase the space of the drive C: by resizing the partition.
• Click on Apply in the bottom left of the screen, and answer yes to both prompts.
• Wait until the process will be finished.
